Principal Placement is a national legal recruiting firm founded by experienced legal recruiter and practicing attorney Seth Myles.
At PP, we recruit attorneys for our law firm clients, including AmLaw 50 law firms, small boutique firms, and everything in between. Our candidates include associates, counsel, and partner-level attorneys in all practice areas. We also represent practice groups looking for a new platform, as well as firms seeking strategic mergers.
Since our inception, PP has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality search practice, meant to represent our candidates' and clients' best interests.

Seth Myles is the President of Principal Placement.
Seth Myles has recruited associates and partners in a broad range of substantive legal disciplines, from Intellectual Property to tax, including cyber security, environmental, litigation, public M&A, private equity, securities enforcement, technology transactions and white collar defense. Seth has built an impressive local and national client base, which he serves through his extensive contacts in the legal community.
Seth graduated from Boston University School Of Law in 1989. After graduation, Seth joined a boutique litigation firm and practiced in courts throughout the state of New York. Seth is well-versed and well-known within the legal community as someone with extensive knowledge of the legal market and an understanding of the requirements and talents required to be a successful attorney. Seth is expert at finding the right person for the right role.
